Overview

Welcome to DREAM - Drug Response Gene Expression Associated Map. The DREAM is a manually curated database of experimentally supported protein-coding RNAs (mRNA) and drugs associations in cancer. The current version of the DREAM documents 3,048 entries about scientific literatures supported cancer related drug resistant mRNAs and drug targeting mRNAs data from PubMed and 195 high-throughput microarray data about cancer related drug resistant mRNAs and drug targeting mRNAs data from GEO. The literature part includes 1,601 scientific literatures, 1,560 mRNA, 629 chemotherapeutic drugs, 35 kinds of cancers. The microarray part contains 1,918 samples, 323 cell lines, 138 chemotherapeutic drugs,36 tumors. The DREAM database also provide some genes visualization and analytic tools, such as volcano plot, heatmap plot, GO/KEGG function analysis, mRNAs and drug correlation analysis. We hope the DREAM database should serve as a valuable resource for clinical practice and basic research, which could help researchers better understand the effects of mRNAs on drug response in human cancers.
