The current version of DREAM documents 3,048 entries about scientific literatures supported cancer related drug resistant mRNAs and drug targeting mRNAs data from PubMed and 195 high-throughput microarray data about cancer related drug resistant mRNAs and drug targeting mRNAs data from GEO. The literature part includes 1,601 scientific literatures, 1,560 mRNA, 629 chemotherapeutic drugs, 35 kinds of cancers. The microarray part contains 1,918 samples, 323 cell lines, 138 chemotherapeutic drugs,36 tumors.
