Text-mining module in our database can provide user with a convenient function to mining cancer chemotherapeutic drug related mRNA literatures. The text-mining module consist of 1755 drug-sensitivity/resistance-related mRNA literatures and 1293 drug targeted mRNA literatures. Every entry contains four major items, which are the literatures basic information, mRNA basic information, drug basic information and cancers. The literatures basic information mainly includes the title of paper, year of publication, journal name, and PubMed ID. The mRNAs basic information includes the mRNA name, mRNA id, mRNA expression pattern, and experimental detection method. The drug basic information includes the drug name, drug id, drug response (resistant/sensitive), target, and pathway. The current version of text-mining module contains 1560 mRNA, 629 chemotherapeutic drugs, 35 kinds of cancerss, 377 targets genes, 212 pathways.
